[Bug] Claude Code tool execution fails silently in Desktop App

Bug Description
Claude Code in the Desktop App is not working. It stopped working sometime yesterday. Claude code says it's going to do something but fails silently when executing any tool calls. I've restarted the entire app multiple times but it fails to work.
