[BUG] [BILLING] R$550 unauthorized charge on April 14 - 3 weeks no human response - Case #215474002524107
Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
I was charged R$550.00 without authorization on April 14, 2025,
one day after paying R$110.00 for my Claude Pro Plan.
- April 13: R$110.00 – AUTHORIZED (Pro Plan) – CARD-3668287506
- April 14: R$550.00 – UNAUTHORIZED (Max Plan never requested) – CARD-3672524988
The R$550.00 split on my Wise card (ending 7835):
- 71.64 EUR
- 26.91 USD
After blocking my card, Anthropic attempted further unauthorized
charges (R$1,100 / R$550 / R$126). All blocked.
Anthropic billing panel confirms I only have the Pro Plan active.

What Should Happen?
- Immediate refund of R$550.00 (CARD-3672524988)
- Confirmation that my account is Pro Plan only (R$110/month)
- Stop all unauthorized charge attempts
- Human agent response — Case #215474002524107 opened April 20,
no response received after 3 weeks
