[Billing Bug] account_session_invalid on billing page – subscription paused 3 weeks

What's Wrong?

For the past 15 days I have been unable to access the payment/billing settings page on claude.ai. The page does not load and my abo is suspended now.

Error details
When opening the billing URL in an Incognito window (no extensions, no VPN), the browser receives the following raw API response:

Troubleshooting already performed

• Tested in Incognito mode (Chrome) → same error
• VPN is disabled
• Cleared all cookies and site data for claude.ai and anthropic.com in Chrome → problem persists
• Re-logged in after cookie deletion → billing page still not reachable
• Tested on other devices (iphone and ipad)

System configuration

• Device: Apple Mac Mini
• Chip: M4 Pro
• RAM: 64 GB
• macOS: Tahoe 26.3.1
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 146.0.7680.165 (Offizieller Build) (arm64). (also tested on Safari and Tor).

What Should Happen?

Please investigate whether there is a server-side issue with my account session or billing token.
Conversation ID 215473733222007, unfortunately only with a robot. I don't com further.

Steps to Reproduce

Two options:
1) klicked on the mail message, that my account cannot be billed. The billing page appears for a few seconds and disappears.
2) klicked on the settings > invoicing. The page disappears.
