[BUG] Cowork Projects and Chats disappeared

What's Wrong?

IndexedDB at 840KB (data loss, not rendering)
vm_bundles at 9.7GB (VMs intact)
claude-code-sessions only contains an empty owner-account UUID folder dated Jan 8
All Downloads/Cowork output preserved

What Should Happen?

I didn't reinstall the app and made no other changes so projects and chats should have persisted

2. Go to Projects
3. No projects (all gone)
