[Bug] Teams functionality broken: members stuck, stale status, token count incorrect, logs inaccessible

Bug Description
the teams functionality is broken, teams are getting stuck, it shows dead team members, also it does not update what they do, shows 0 tokens.. I can't check their log, it's a catastrophe, worked way better before
