[BUG] Usage : 5h budget consumed in 10 minutes

What's Wrong?

Hi team,

For a few days, the 5-hour limit gets consumed in less than 10 minutes with one session running at once.

I am on the Max plan.

/doctor and /feedback are unavailable.

What Should Happen?

5 hours should last 5 hours, not 10 minutes.

Use claude code for desktop with a small code repo.
Start conversation.
See 5 hour limit getting filled.
