What's Wrong?
When using Claude Code on the web, after sending a message there was no response for approximately 30 minutes, after which only a Request timed out error message was displayed. Despite not receiving any response, token usage was still deducted from my quota.
What Should Happen?
- A response should be returned within a reasonable time, OR
- If a timeout occurs and no response is delivered, tokens should not be consumed for the failed request
