[BUG] API Error: Request timed out.

Bug Description

⎿ API Error: Request timed out.
⎿ API Error: Request timed out.
⎿ API Error (Request timed out.) · Retrying in 2 seconds… (attempt 3/10)
⎿ API Error (Request timed out.) · Retrying in 4 seconds… (attempt 4/10)

Steps to Reproduce

Some simple tasks complete ok, but anything with more than a few steps times out with the errors above.

Note: claude -p "test" gives a response in under 0.5s for me here in the UK.

Update: getting API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Overloaded"}} errors too now

PS. If it helps at all - this issue seems to be worse when using the SDK for some reason.

I'm getting the same error, it was working ok before the last lockout of usage, now the lockout reseted and I can´t use because of this.
