Problem Statement

When adding multiple folders to a session in the Claude Code Desktop app, branch selection is only available for the first (primary) folder. Additional folders added to the session do not show a branch picker — they default to whatever branch is currently checked out locally, with no way to change it from within the UI.

Proposed Solution

Show a branch selector for every folder added to the session, not just the first one. Ideally, clicking on an additional folder chip in the toolbar would open the same branch picker that appears for the primary folder.
