[BUG] Lost 100 dollars of balance while trying to renew max plan.

What's Wrong?

I had paid for the annual claude pro plan 2 months ago but then later switched to claude max 100 dollar plan. However, after one month of usage I still had about 96 dollars in my balance. while trying to auto renew, it sent me a 20 dollar stripe invoice which ended up being void since I missed it by 2 days. I tried to upgrade but it wasnt eltting my pay. so i cancelled it to try and renew the subscription. however, my balance of 96$ is now missing.

What Should Happen?

Please make sure the balance is available in my account I have multiple projects going on. thank you

  1. Cancel subscription with balance in account.
  2. try to renew subscription - the balance would've been gone.
