[BUG] Forcefully using my Api balance over my Max Plan

What's Wrong?

I'm able to use the desktop app for claude, but when I click into claude code tab it gives me errors. I get the same errors in cli. It is trying to use an api key? I login via my max plan and authorize but it keeps me locked into api billing. I had $50 in my balance, and now have $24.23. I have more than enough max plan usage. Any suggestions?

What Should Happen?

I should be able to login via my max plan in cli, and also use claude code in the desktop app. I was incorrectly charged towards my API balance when I have a $200 Max plan.
