[FEATURE] Enabling a mechanism for local skills to be available when in Browser sessions of Claude

Problem Statement

For increased efficiency I use skills specific to what I work on with Claude. These skills are applicable through the Desktop and CLI. However, if I need these in a browser session these are not there.

Proposed Solution

Can there be a way to link to say a repository to get additional skills even on the browser session ?

Alternative Solutions

The only way to include these is as a file either to the conversation or to a project.
