[BUG] Cowork enabling stuck at 95%

What's Wrong?

When enabling Cowork feature, the percentage gets stuck on 95% and never fully completes.

What Should Happen?

When clicking "Enable" and entering credentials, the progress bar should complete and then finish with a "Restart Now"

Steps to Reproduce

All Virtualization settings have been enabled on device and on BIOS.

Windows Version: 25H2.

VMP has been enabled.

Windows and Dell Command are up to date.
