[BUG] Browser tools not available for VS Code extension

What's Wrong?

When I run the Claude in my extension for CURSOR or GOOGLE ANTIGRAVITY, the Claude DOES NOT have access to browser tools. YES, I add them with @browser, and they still don't get added. The Claude says it can SEE the browser, but CAN'T act.

What Should Happen?

It should be able to access the browser tools in VC Code extension to act in my browser.

Just add the browser in the vs code extension, and then chat with Claude. It can't take action in the browse.r
