Bug Description
I started a new claude code window in the same directory as I have another running. The new window is 1.0.65, the old is 1.0.64. The new version can not see any of our agents or commands with the respective slash commands. Running a query and telling it to use agents returns a message that only the general purpose agent is available.

@MichaelHindley what was the issue with the config? I'm also seeing this and havne't managed to find a fix yet!
I ran into this when I "upgraded" to the self-contained binary install. Removing those files in
~/.local/{bin,share}and reverting back to thenpm install -gpackage fixed this for me.i had a rogue zshrc entry that changed my pwd to a location where no agents were defined, but the terminal was showing a different path. This is super specific to my unique setup so I didnt share it :)
