[Bug] Statusline not displaying after installation despite successful completion

Bug Description
no matter what i do, i cannot install statusline, Claude code working on background to install and making changes, but even though it says its done, i cant see statusline on the bottom, only seeing high./effort but not model name, usage limit etc
