Usage limits not displaying after responses in CLI mode (2.1.89)

After updating to 2.1.89, token usage and cost
information no longer appears below responses in CLI mode. This was working in previous versions.

Environment:

• Version: 2.1.89
• OS: Linux 6.17.0-19-generic
• Terminal: xterm-256color
• Mode: CLI

Expected: Usage info (tokens, cost, context %) displays automatically after each response
Actual: No usage info displayed

Settings checked:

• No DISABLE_COST_WARNINGS set
• statusLine configured properly
• No relevant settings found that would suppress this
