[BUG] Max 5x session timer shows ~24hr window — claude.ai and Claude Code disagree, session did not reset at terminal's stated time

What's Wrong?

Max 5x plan session timer is showing ~13 hours remaining on
claude.ai Settings > Usage. Claude Code /usage showed reset
at 11:19pm AEST. That time passed and the session did NOT
reset. Both claude.ai web UI and browser agree on ~13hr window.
The terminal showed an incorrect earlier reset time.

Session appears to be on a 24+ hour window instead of the
documented 5 hours, with what appears to be a normal 5-hour
token budget.

What Should Happen?

Session should reset every 5 hours as documented. claude.ai
and Claude Code should show consistent reset times.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Claude on Max 5x plan
2. Check /usage in Claude Code terminal — note reset time
3. Check claude.ai Settings > Usage — note different reset time
4. Wait for terminal's stated reset time to pass
5. Session does not reset
