[Bug] /ultrareview command continues executing after cancellation and ignores spend limits

Bug Description
IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED: /ULTRAREVIEW BUG

I ran ultrareview yesterday and it burned through like $45 in credits which is way higher than the $20. It finished though. This morning I went to check my extra usage charges and to my surprise it was $100 again without me even running anything at all this morning! I noticed that the ultrareview was running AGAIN without me telling it anything. Even aftert I stopped it from running a second time it kept going and racking up extra usage. Now I'm at $145 and had to turn my usage limit down for the whole company completely because it wouldn't respect my spend limit for my user directly... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I need a refund. This is totally unacceptable
