[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Rate limited during ultrareview completion

Bug Description
keep getting hit with API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) · Rate limited when using ultrareview just as it's finishing. this has happened twice & it burned 2 of my 3 available ultrareview quota & I can't even opt to continue from where it failed
