Bug Description
Hello Anthropic Support Team, I have an active Claude Pro subscription, but Claude Code is stuck in a broken "Trial expired" state and prompts me to upgrade to Max or add API funds with every prompt. ACCOUNT INFORMATION: - Account email: [DEINE E-MAIL HIER EINTRAGEN] - Subscription: Claude Pro (active) - OS: Windows 11 - Claude Code version: 2.1.126 CURRENT BEHAVIOR: - Status bar shows: "Claude Pro · Extra usage" - Every prompt triggers: "Your Claude Code trial has ended" - /status shows: • Current session: 19% used • Current week: 70% used • "Extra usage not enabled" The status bar claims I'm in "Extra usage" mode, but /status confirms Extra usage is NOT enabled, and my Pro subscription has 30% weekly budget remaining. VERIFIED: - ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is NOT set - Pro subscription is active and paid REQUEST: Please reset my account's subscription state so Claude Code correctly recognizes my Pro subscription.
