[Bug] Unexpected high token consumption with non-Claude subagents and orchestrator models

Bug Description
I've burnt through tokens like crazy this week. Something has happened it just burned through, even as I'm utilizng non-claude subagentsx and opus/sonnet as orchestrator. I dont have any straight data, just somnething I've been noticing....and you will see I've spent the money to show as much
