[Bug] Remote Control feature unavailable despite being admin-enabled

Question

**Bug Description**
`/remote-control` is missing for a few days now and cannot be enabled. It's enabled by admin and it was working some days ago, it also works for my colleagues on the same team plan. I tried logging out and in again, adding to settings.json, also starting with `--rc` then `claude remote-control` gives

```Error: Remote Control is not yet enabled for your account.```

I do not have any telemetry disabled so the fixes from #28322 or #33327 did not work.
