[BUG] Duplicate answers waisting output tokens

What's Wrong?

When using the CLI and claude is walking you through some process it tends to generate duplicate answers, it has happened to me several times thorugh different sessions. I am using the terminal (Git bash) on VS. Sometimes is in short sentences like the SS i attached, sometimes is a whole answer.

What Should Happen?

No duplicate answers.

It occurs ramdomly. sometimes it happens more often when you are prompting in two languages (English-Spanish)
