[BUG] Billing: "Stripe is temporarily unavailable" error on Pro upgrade — multiple devices, multiple days

What's Wrong?

Unable to upgrade to Claude Pro. Every attempt fails with "Stripe is temporarily unavailable." This has persisted for several days across 2 different computers and multiple payment methods. Not a local issue.

What Should Happen?

Payment processes and account upgrades to Pro.

"Stripe is temporarily unavailable.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to claude.ai → Settings → Billing
Click Upgrade
Enter payment info
Submit — error: "Stripe is temporarily unavailable"
