[BUG] Claude giving free extra design token usage while restricting paying customers.

What's Wrong?

Anthropic seems to have a hell of a lot of spare capacity for marketing, pretty interesting considering how much you've clamped down on my usage as a paying customer.

What Should Happen?

Less stingy limits.
