Model picker shows Opus 4.7 but actually sets Opus 4.5 on Claude Max

Description

When using Claude Code with Claude Max subscription, the model picker (/model) displays Opus 4.7 as available options, but actually sets Opus 4.5.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to Claude Code with Claude Max subscription
2. Run /model
3. Observe the picker shows:

• Default (recommended): Opus 4.7 - Most capable for complex work
• Opus: Opus 4.7 - Most capable for complex work

1. Select any option
2. Result shows "Set model to Opus 4.5"

Expected behavior

Either:

• The picker should show the actual model that will be used (Opus 4.5), OR
• Selecting Opus 4.7 should actually use Opus 4.7

Actual behavior

The UI displays Opus 4.7 as an option, but Opus 4.5 is set regardless of selection.

Environment

• Claude Code version: v2.1.121
• Subscription: Claude Max
• OS: macOS
