[BUG] Sudden, severe Pro limit throttling (Hitting limits after 1-2 commands)

What's Wrong?

I have been using Claude Code for months without any quota issues and the limits were always comfortable. Over the last few days, however, I am suddenly hitting my Pro plan limit after executing just 1 or 2 standard commands.

Impact:
This is a massive regression from historical behavior. This abrupt drop implies one of two things:

1. A recent backend bug is severely miscalculating token budgets and unfairly bleeding my quota.
2. The usage limits have been drastically reduced without any transparency or warning to paying users.

Currently, the CLI is completely unusable for standard agentic workflows.

What Should Happen?

Please investigate recent backend changes to see why Claude Code is suddenly draining quotas exponentially faster than last month. If this is a server-side miscalculation, please patch it and compensate affected Pro users for the lost quota. If it was an intentional reduction, please provide clear documentation on the new limits.
