No one answers the support.claude.com chatbot. Multiple cards have failed on multiple browsers. How can I get ahold of an actual person to get a payment taken until they can figure out why their billing system doesn't work?
I notice that my name and billing address are never populated anywhere, and typing them in right before trying to submit the payment doesn't actually do anything. The banks say they are seeing 0 attempts but I've tried dozens of times with different cards on different browsers and different machines.
Any solutions? Or just sit here like an idiot until they decide to answer emails or stop vibe coding their billing system?
