Feature request: Generate session titles in the user's conversation language

Session titles are auto-generated in English even when the conversation is entirely in Japanese (or another language). CLAUDE.md language instructions don't affect title generation since it runs as a background process.

It would be helpful if session titles were generated in the language of the conversation, or if there were a setting to specify the title language.

Workarounds today are manual: /rename, claude -n "name", or editing the title in the desktop app — but automatic generation in the conversation language would be much smoother.
