[Bug] Extra billing status not syncing for team plan members with available credits

Bug Description
Ultrareview says I don't have extra billing enabled so I cant use the skill. I'm on a team plan and my admin says my billing is open and we even have $50 worth of credits enabled. When i run /extra-usage the response is 'Your usage is already unlimited. REach out to your admin directly if you need help. Meaning I can't use it and I'm in a loop that I can't solve
