[BUG] /clear doesn't clear conversation history for members of agent team

What's Wrong?

When I run /clear for any agent in my agent team, except the team lead, the conversation history with that agent isn't cleared. I get a confirmation like "Context cleared. Starting fresh.", "Conversation cleared." or "All clear." However, the existing conversation history remains about.

What Should Happen?

I expect /clear to clear the conversation history for the agent I've run it against.

This is what happens with the team lead, and when using claude code without agent teams enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start an agent team
2. Work for a while, using all agents in the team
3. Run /clear for each agent in the team
4. Look at the conversation history
