[BUG] Extra usage isn't working correctly - it's using up tokens for the next 5-hour session

What's Wrong?

I used paid Extra usage in the previous 5-hour session, but in the next 5-hour session, I suddenly had a 30% increase in token costs. I used Extra usage half an hour before the update.

What Should Happen?

The next five-hour session should not require the same tokens as the previous session, especially if I spent my money on Extra Usage in the previous session.

Steps to Reproduce

Activate Extra usage in the previous 5-hour session.
Wait reload for 5-hour session.
Run any simple task (for example, say "type the word "one" in the chat as a response").
You will spend not 1-2 percent of the five-hour limit, but 30-40%.
