[Bug] Anthropic API: claude-opus-4-7 context window silently degraded from 1M to 400k tokens

Bug Description
Max20: Opus 4.7 1M has been siltently degraded to 400k context instead of 1M. When running /context I see the following: Opus 4.7 (1M context) / claude-opus-4-7[1m] / 357.3k/400k tokens (89%). Why is this? Why is it telling me its a 1M model but I am capped at 400k tokens?
