What's Wrong?

I hit my weekly limit, within 2 days. I haven't even used it a lot, and was around 14% usage, when all of a sudden I looked and was a 100%.

from my own monitoring in Grafana:

from /usage

Not much more to say about this, but it seems like a pretty bad bug.

Heres my statusline before and after:

What Should Happen?

It should not spend my entire budget on nothing? And if it is for some reason my fault, the tools and usage view should show where this was spend, so it's not a big mystery for me. But I doubt this as my own monitoring would catch this?
