Bring back the /buddy ghost easter egg (or make it an opt-in setting)

Summary

The /buddy command — which displayed a small ghost companion in the prompt box — was available in Claude Code versions 2.1.89 through 2.1.96 and has since been removed. I really enjoyed it and would love to see it come back.

Request

Either restore /buddy as-is, or (ideally) add it as a permanent opt-in setting so users who want the ghost can keep it around year-round without blocking those who prefer a clean prompt.

Why

Small touches of personality like this make the tool more enjoyable to use day-to-day. An opt-in flag means zero cost for users who don't want it.
