Bring back /buddy as a permanent opt-in feature

Feature request

The /buddy command (introduced in v2.1.89 as an April Fools' feature) was genuinely delightful — a small creature watching you code added personality to long coding sessions.

Request: Bring it back as a permanent opt-in feature, not just a seasonal Easter egg.

Why:

  • It made the CLI feel more alive and less sterile during long sessions
  • It was harmless — no impact on performance or workflow
  • An opt-in toggle (claude config set buddy true) would satisfy those who want it without affecting those who don't

Many devs spend hours in the terminal. A small companion goes a long way.
