Problem Statement

The /buddy Tamagotchi companion was released as an April Fools feature, but many users genuinely loved it. PLEASE GIVE US BUDDY FEAT

Proposed Solution

Make /buddy a permanent feature, not a seasonal Easter egg. It could be opt-in via settings so it doesn't affect users who don't want it
