[BUG] /config Usage tab hangs

What's Wrong?

Opening the Usage tab in the /config UI causes a hang. The interface becomes unresponsive and cannot be exited with the normal controls.

Actual behavior
The UI hangs. Pressing Esc, q, Ctrl-C, and Ctrl-X have no effect. Only Ctrl+D exits the stuck state. This is 100% reproducible every time the Usage tab is opened.

OS: Windows
Shell: PowerShell

What Should Happen?

Usage tab displays stats normally and the UI remains responsive to standard exit keys.
