[BUG] Claude code should work with newer open source llms

What's Wrong?

the Claude code not letting opensource local llms to acess its tools

What Should Happen?

Claude code should provide tools to the open source llms like gemma4 so that we could use it locally

Steps to Reproduce

1. open claud code via cli using olama
2. load the gemmal 4 llm in it
3. and ask it to make a simle folder on device
