Claude stuck, 40% of my token wasted but it did nothing. SOMETHING WRONG HERE.

Bug Description
There was 40% left. I prompted it did nothing, then hit the limit. Something wrong in the system. It wasted my token. I pay to use not pay to waste. Compensate me.
