You're out of extra usage · resets 2pm (America/Chicago)

Bug Description
I was only at 8% weekly usage and under 10% of sonnet usage. I decided to upgrade from 5x to 20x plan, so I made payment, but the usage just went form 8% to 100%, essentially locking me out of the account. I chatted through intercom and AI agent said that there must be a bug that miscalculated my usage amount when the account became upgraded. Please help me figure out what happened. I need to work today and I can't because the I am effectively locked out until end of workday tomorrow.
