Bug Description
burned through 100% of my 5hr usage and 22% of weekly while classifier was down and Fable spinning to test if it was back. Ended session with no results.

Wait you have same error like, i only have some stupid routine that just say Hello, and it burn down all 100% quota
I found that my session did produce some results, but because my token reset was 3hrs away my cache expired and I wasn't about to waste 300k tokens resuming, so I handed off the work-in-progress to Codex to finish the job. Disappointing
I am experiencing the same issue as you. My 5-hour usage window was consumed abnormally even though I was not actively running any processes.
I am using the Max 5x plan, and my quota was exhausted within a very short period of time after logging in. It appears to be a bug or an account-level issue rather than normal usage.

Claude mem, this skill once have bug that cause claude not run, i follow the guide to restart this skill but notice that it still have some hook to claude, so a few week ago i remove this completely and work, no abnormal quota lost any more
