You've hit your limit · resets 7pm (America/Chicago)

Bug Description
Claude Code desktop stuck several times at Plan tool saying "Awayting input". When I asked what input is requested it replied no input is required and it will exit plan tool and continue but then stayed stuck there. After several occurences it said I reached my daily limit and need to wait for reset. This way my limit just been wasted for nothing,
