[Feature Request] Bad readability in dark mode: Add semantic color customization for terminal output via natural language prompts

Bug Description
TLDR: Semantic theming. --> In dark mode, filenames are dark blue, making them hard to read. Also the new recap (love it!) is "bright black" and cursive, while I would like it to stand out in white or yellow. It's currently not possible to say "make recaps bright white" or "show filenames in green". Claude Code tells me I can tweak the ANSI mappings in the editor, but that would have impact beyond Claude Code and is tedious. I would love to be able to prompt Claude Code to improve the color or theme by using natural language. This could also work great for tables etc. I don't want a disco but I also don't want a screen with 95% grey-letters-on-black.
