Environment

  • Platform (select one):
  • [x] Anthropic API
  • Claude CLI version: 0.2.92
  • Operating System: macos 15.3
  • Terminal: iTerm2

Bug Description

Using the dark theme setting with Solarized dark in iTerm2 gives me very bad contrast when Claude outputs diffs. I can slightly up the brightness of the font color and that makes it work but in default it's practically unreadable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. set iTerm2 to use the Solarized dark theme
  2. set Claude to also use the dark theme
  3. have Claude generate a code diff

Expected Behavior

I can read the code diffs because the text has good contrast to the bg colors.

Actual Behavior

I can hardly read the code diffs
