[BUG] Claude Desktop window never appears on Windows 11 25H2 - processes run in background but no UI

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop window never appears. Multiple Claude processes run in background but no UI is shown.

What Should Happen?

Claude Desktop window should open after launching the app.

Error Messages/Logs

From ClaudeSetup.log:
1. WARNING: CoworkVMService already exists (potential conflict)
2. WARNING: failed to remove conflicting service: could not open CoworkVMService: Access is denied.
3. WARNING: Remove failed for Claude_1.3561.0.0_x64__pzs8sxrjxfjjc: RemovePackage failed with HRESULT 0x80073CFA
4. System DPI: 144 (scale: 150%)

Note: Installation completes successfully every time (MSIX package installed successfully), but window never appears after launch.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Claude Desktop on Windows 11 25H2
  2. Launch the app
  3. App runs in background (visible in Task Manager) but no window appears
