Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When adding multiple .docx files to a Project's knowledge base, the files remain stuck in an "Indexing" state indefinitely. The issue persists even after waiting over one hour, with no resolution or error shown.

What Should Happen?

Expected Behavior
All files should complete indexing within a reasonable time and become available as Project knowledge.
Actual Behavior
The Files panel shows a persistent "Indexing" status indicator. Capacity meter reads 8% used, but files do not transition to an indexed/ready state after 60+ minutes.
