[BUG] Usage credit used on nothing but errors

What's Wrong?

I'm updating a script on a chrome extension that i'm building by Claude Code. I gave it a new promt to update it in the last 5hour usage cycle. It didnt complete it with the allocation (which is fine)

When the usage reset, I hit resume, It used the first 60% redoing all the work it did in the last session, and I've had nothing but errors saying "API Error: Stream idle timeout - partial response received"

Can i get a refund or credit on my usage. I don't want to wait another 4 hours to be able to finish work i expected to be done 2 hours ago.
