[BUG] Running /clear to clear the conversations, do nothing.

What's Wrong?

Running claude code, and trying to clear the conversations history using: /clear or selecting 'Clear Conversations' from the menu, stopped working.
It doesn't seem to do anything, and the conversation history still exists.

What Should Happen?

The conversation history should be cleared.

Error Messages/Logs

There is no error, and nothing shows up. no logging information also appears.

Steps to Reproduce

Attached what I see after typing "/clear".
As you can see, noting appears to happen.
